If there are any square brackets visible in your resulting affidavit, you have NOT followed the instructions. Please correct your errors! Otherwise you demonstrate to us that you did not read your own affidavit... 6. When the affidavit makes a readable statement signed by you, SEND it. If you send it from an e-mail account that is not encrypted, we will ignore it. You MUST use hushmail for this. We do not allow exceptions. You must understand that if the information you submit in this affidavit is incorrect or insufficient, your request will be ignored. This affidavit is a legal document in the form of a binding contract between you and us, so please take it seriously. If you send this affidavit later than two hours before the scheduled time for the webinar, it will most likely be ignored. If you send these instructions along in your hushmail, you demonstrate that you did not read these instructions, and your mail will be ignored. Please REMEMBER this nickname and USE IT when you log in to the voice room!]. My payment receipt number is: [insert PayPal receipt number or the code you got from the party who verifies your identity] and the payment was made on [insert the payment date or the date you got the identity verification code. In order to avoid problems with us not being notified of your payment in a timely manner, you are welcome to forward your PayPal receipt to us, so we instantly can verify it, as you will not get any response to this affidavit until we CAN verify your identity]. The e-mail address I submitted to PayPal was: [insert that very same e-mail address, which you provided to PayPal during the payment process]. I was referred to this webinar by [insert name of person or web site referring you]. I understand that all the information I will get access to is copyright protected, and that I am not allowed to share any of it with anyone else. I declare my full intent to respect that, and I accept the liability of paying Novasol Judicare Inc. a license fee of US$50,000 in case of anyone else obtaining this information from me, regardless the circumstances. If I am exposed to theft, I must file criminal charges against the thief in order to defer this license fee until judgment has been obtained against the thief.
